How to make a Claim with BikerAid

We will offer FREE impartial advice on whether you have a potential claim and if it is likely to be accepted by solicitors. On your instruction we will visit you at a place of your convenience, at home or your place of work. We will take a detailed witness statement from you to give a comprehensive account of your side of the incident.

Replacement Helmet and Clothing
BikerAid appreciates that bikers have a number of ancillary costs when they are involved in a road traffic accident. Unlike enclosed vehicles a bike offers no protection in the event of an accident and therefore your protective clothing gets damaged.
BikerAid will offer you a replacement helmet and replacement protective clothing on a like-for-like basis from one of the leading motorcycle dealers on our database.
Replacements are available to anyone who was involved in a non-fault accident and are supplied at no cost to you. The cost is recouped from the insurance of the third party.

BikerAid don’t like to see a biker without a bike. If you’ve had a accident that wasn’t your fault, and you’re well enough to ride, BikerAid will seek to have you a replacement bike, on a like-for-like basis as soon as possible.
The hire bike service is free, offered to you as long as you have been involved in a non-fault accident; all the fees are collected from the third party insurance on top of your personal injury claim. BikerAid has a large network of hire bike suppliers and can ensure a first rate service, hoping to get you back on the road as soon as you are fit and able.
