BikerAid have a strict policy on Claims Management and have in place a standard Claims Proceedure:

Call us on 0800 169 8084 or fill out the online form to give us details of your claim. We will offer FREE impartial advice on whether you have a potential claim and if it is likely to be accepted by solicitors. On your instruction we will visit you at a place of your convenience i.e. at home or place of work, and we will take a detailed witness statement giving a comprehensive view from your side of the claim.

BikerAid will then assess the attributes of your claim to determine which solicitor or firm of solicitors is most suited to deal with your injury claim. We are fortunate in that we don’t have a large panel of solicitors accepting jobs on a round robin basis. We have the facility to vet our cases and forward them to the best lawyer, meaning you will get the best of our elite panel of solicitors.

BikerAid will move to look at ancillary costs including bike & apparel damage. Should your bike be in need of repair BikerAid may be able to take it away and have it repaired for you. In the meantime BikerAid are able to offer a bike replacement hire service meaning you can get back on the road as soon as you are well enough.

Once all of the details have been collected BikerAid send your case to solicitors who start fighting for compensation on your behalf immediately!
